Shipping Methods

Our delivery services cover the entire country, utilizing both Fan Courier and Romanian Post services. Should Fan Courier not service your city and you prefer expedited delivery, you have the flexibility to select an alternative courier company. Please provide the company name in the comments section during checkout. For international orders, we utilize renowned couriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DPD, chosen based on competitive pricing.

Upon receipt of your parcel, we kindly advise you to carefully inspect the packaging for any signs of tampering or damage. If such concerns arise, please make a note on the AWB (courier company's receipt form) upon delivery or promptly report the issue for proper documentation. Subsequent claims pertaining to packaging integrity will be considered invalid.

Delivery Timeframes

Considering fluctuating demand and constrained production capacities, shipping times may vary. Variables like stock availability, quantities, and freight arrangements, which remain beyond our control, also contribute to delivery durations.

In instances where ordered products are unavailable in stock, we will promptly communicate an updated estimated delivery timeframe.
